Dr. Tracey Rapp is the Vice President of Product Development and the driving force behind our laboratory efforts. She received her B.S in Chemistry from Purdue, M.S. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Michigan, Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Michigan, and her M.S. in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs from Temple University. With over 20 years of experience including 18 years at Pfizer and various small biotechs, Dr. Rapp brings an impressive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry- from GxP work to in vivo, in vitro and clinicals. Supported by 2 decades of project and portfolio management, her attention to detail, organization, and hypervigilance both in the lab and as a leader are crucial in the pursuit of pipeline development. Her expert knowledge in our proprietary technology as well as her background in pharmaceutical development support Novilla from the research and development phase all the way through to commercialization.
